SELLING YOUR AMBERGRIS

Once you have contacted us at info@theambergris.com our team will establish whether your find is true ambergris. The next stage is to grade each piece in order to give a fair and honest valuation.

 

In your email please include photos of your ambergris from all angles, videos also welcome. A detailed description will also help our team to assess the value of the piece so let us know whether it is hard or soft, malleable or spongy. An odour description would also be appreciated if possible.

The weight of the piece plays a key part in the valuation so please include a photo of the ambergris on a weighing scale.
